Thoughts on "biological sex"
It was pointed out to me that my latest article problematically defined transsexual women at one point as “biological males.” It’s a descriptor I’ve seen used so many times before — by trans and non-trans people alike — and so thought nothing of using it. Now that it’s been pointed out to me, though, I realize how inaccurate it is. I’ve replaced it...
